“Darn good” When rating backpacking food I feel as though we need to remember it comes in a bag, freeze dried. For all that, it tasted really good. The meal comes with peanuts and a tube of peanut butter that really adds a nice flavor to the noodles. You'll be thanking your stars that this dish could serve three people! If you don't split this meal into seperate containers, you'll be racing your partner to the bottom of the bag. When I first made it (2 1/2 cups of water) I was concerned, but after resting for approximately 20-25 minutes, both the consistency and texture were very good.
