Wonderful surprise on a misty trail morning
This is just bursting with flavor, who would have thought. Nice spicy meal to get you started in the morning. The eggs are fluffy, the ham juicy, and the peppers are spicy, what more can you ask of a meal you add only boiling water too?

As good as prepacked scrambed can get
If you are not going to pack and cook real eggs, this is the next best thing. Better than the scrambled with Bacon.

Yummy (love the peppers)
Considering this comes in a bag and you just add boiling water, it's amazing. Add the water slowly though so you don't get a runny mess. Add maybe half or so and let that sit and then add a little more if you need it. The scambled eggs are a little spongy, they might remind you of the egg stuff used at McDonalds but its was pretty good. The bacon was fine too. Try out the other version of this meal that uses bacon which is also good.

Just add boiling water to the new stand-up pouch and you get a tummy-full of fluffy eggs with deliciously juicy ham and lightly crunchy red and green peppers.

Not all that great
After two days of backpacking, this was my breakfast. I had a hard time with it and did not manage the entire thing. It had a spoiled taste to it.Do give it a try, though. It's cheap, so buy some and eat it before you get out on the trail. Luckily I had oatmeal as a backup and just happened to be camping in a few hundred acres of blueberries, so I didn't have too bad a morning. But nothing's worse than waking up to a beautiful sky, warming up by the fire, and getting a mouthful of blech.
