“Great for No-Sugar Jam”
I can't eat sugar, so I make a "jam" out of these freeze-dried strawberries. Just mix them with water and thickener (e.g., guar gum). Great by itself, but for more intense flavor, you can add no-sugar sweetener and/or natural strawberry flavoring.

I got tired of paying much higher prices for a box of cereal just because it had a few and I do mean a few freeze dried strawberries so I started looking and found these, they are much BETTER than the ones in cereal and I can add as many as I want....have to ration myself to make them last more than 2 days.
