This is a wonderful blend of spices, black pepper, garlic, lemon zest, and a hint of chili pepper to provide a rich East Coast style flavor. Use Hatteras on fish, seafood, and most certainly in a shrimp or crab boil! Spiced shrimp or crab is excellent with Hatteras.
