It's a thick creamy soup made with potatoes, onions, carrots, green peppers, leeks, celery, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
1) Place 3 1/2 cups of water into a 1 1/2 quart cooking pot. 2) Bring water to a boil. 3) Empty soup mix into water and blend vigorously with a wire whip or fork. 4) Continue to cook soup at a low boil for 15 - 20 minutes. 6) If thicker soup is desired, continue cooking.
