“Our Favorite piece of camping gear!”
We've had one for about 8-10 years. It's been all over the country on backpack, canoe, and kayak trips. We LOVE it! Make everything from pizza to home-made apple pie! We even bought a second one we are keeping to replace ours when it wears out! We have the 8" and don't have problems w/ scorchinig the pot parka but our stove has good flame adjustment!

“Works like a charm”
We take in those little Pillsbury cinnamin roll tubes (yeah, I know. Not very ultralight) and the Outback Oven works like a charm. My stove is one of those old (20 years old) MSR canister stoves (they look like the Whisperlite) and we've never had a problem. Now I take it for my kids to make a sweet treat on the trail.

“Consider the 10 inch!”
The smaller diamater of the pot parka, combined with a hard-to-adjust stove, can make if difficult to prevent scorching the pot parka and creating a plume of smoke as one bakes. For that reason, either use an alcohol stove or purchase the 10 inch model.
