Backpacker Magazine, April 2005
A well-balanced blend of soy sauce, garlic, chili, and cayenne peppers gives this ramen dish a satisfying kick. The small chunks of chicken, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, and other veggies reconstituted quickly, but if you break up the noodles before adding water to the package, do it lightly so you don't puncture the bag.

Nutritional Gut Bomb
My son and I shared this entree on a recent backpacking trip in northern Arizona. We bought it because we really liked the nutritional value of the meal as listed on the bag. The taste was just average. The mix of spices was not well balanced and a bit overwhelming. About 15 minutes after eating we both had stomach discomfort. Drinking lots of water helped.
