“Should be called Beef Stroganoff with Black Pepper” I got called away after mixing this one up, so it had an additional 15 minutes to rest. When I first made it (2 1/2 cups of water) I was concerned, but after resting for approximately 20-25 minutes, both the consistency and texture were very good. The taste of black pepper overpowers the almost unnoticeable flavor of the mushrooms. Not a bad choice if you like a lot of black pepper. -Bill, Kabul, Afghanistan
